  3. FUNCTION: Provides a variety of system functions from menues.

  5. FORMAT:   UTIL [option] [d:][path][filename[.ext]] [string]

  7. TYPE:     FreeWare utility (Mutant Software,PO Box 765,Bellaire,TX 77401)

  9. REMARKS:  The available options are:
  10.           sd generates a sorted directory with many options.
  11.           br generates a screen listing of a text file with paging.
  12.           mv moves files between sub-directories on the same drive.
  13.           pipe filters the output of DOS DIR and TREE commands.
  14.           kb redefines the keyboard using the ANSI.SYS device driver.
  15.           db manipulates a crude database.
  16.           tf sends a top-of-form to the printer.
  17.           ty allows you to type directly to the printer.
  18.           mo switches to the monochrome display.
  19.           co switches to the color display.
  20.           sc copies the current screen to another display.
  21.           chmod changes the attribute of a file.
  22.           Omitting the optional parameters causes UTIL to work from a menu.
